[¶ 1] The father of L.T. appeals from a judgment of the District Court (Spring-vale, Foster, J.) terminating his parental rights to the child. He contends that the evidence was not sufficient to support the court’s finding of parental unfitness, and that the court abused its discretion in determining that termination of his parental rights is in the child’s best interest.
