NATURE OF THE CASE

This case deals with an application for county medical indigency aid. A teenage girl, Nichole Marquez, was admitted to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center’s (the “hospital”) Behavioral Unit. An application for county indigency aid was not filed with Bonneville County ten (10) days prior to the girl’s voluntary admittance.
