Brooks v. Commonwealth

The plaintiff in error, hereafter referred to as defendant, was, on the 12th day of September, 1925, indicted in the Circuit Court of Russell county for involuntary manslaughter. Upon trial he was found guilty and sentenced to confinement in the county jail for ninety *855days and to pay a fine of three hundred dollars. The judgment of the trial court is before us for review upon a writ of error duly granted.
