This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion to Dismiss Amended Counterclaims (DN 22) and Plaintiffs Motion for Leave to File Overlength Reply (DN 33). The motions have been fully briefed and are ripe for decision. For the reasons stated below, the motions are GRANTED.
