In this case, Plaintiff Geoffrey Burr (“Burr”) seeks damages from Defendants The Melville Corporation (“TMC”) and Paul Cerasuolo (“Cerasuolo”), his former employers, resulting from Defendants’ termination of Plaintiff on March 31, 1993. Defendant TMC owns a chain of drug stores known as “CVS” and Plaintiff was employed by TMC for twenty-one years, most recently as a District Sales Manager (“DSM”) for CVS.
