This matter is before the Court upon cross-motions for summary judgment filed by plaintiff Security Services, Inc. i/k/a Riss International Corporation (Security Services) (Doc. no. 6) and defendant Dubois Chemical, Inc. (Dubois) (Doc. no. 7) and plaintiffs motion for a stay (Doc. no. 14, 15). For the reasons stated below, the motion for stay is denied. Summary judgment is granted in favor of defendant.
