Valley Forge Insurance Company (Valley Forge) appeals from the adverse portion of the judgment entered by the district court1 based upon the jury’s answers to special interrogatories in this insurance case. On cross-appeal, Ingrid Jefferts DeFranco (Jefferts) and Steve DeFranco (DeFranco) contest the district court’s denial of attorney’s fees and failure to submit a requested jury instruction. We affirm the judgment of the district court.
