This is an appeal by appellant Dr. Byron L. Brown (Dr. Brown) from a judgment against him for $330,000.00 in favor of ap-pellee Howard R. DeWitt (DeWitt) entered upon a jury verdict in the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. [Designated Record, (R.), 118, 119].
