Montgomery Ward & Co., Inc., a corporation, engaged in the nation-wide distribution of general merchandise at retail through mail order houses and retail stores, filed a complaint in the superior court of Cook county seeking an injunction to restrain defendant International Union, defendant Local Union, and various officers and representatives thereof, from acting in concert for the purpose of injuring plaintiff by fostering distrust among, and otherwise alienating, its employees, prospective employees and customers, such injury to be effected by a…
