DECISION AND ORDER

This cause comes before the Court after a Trial on the Plaintiffs Complaint to Deny Discharge. The Plaintiffs Complaint is brought pursuant to two separate statutory sections: (1) § 727(a)(2), fraudulently depriving the estate of assets; and (2) § 727(a)(4)(a), knowingly making a false oath or account.
