In the first two of the above-captioned adversary proceedings, plaintiffs Marcy Baron (“MB”), the estranged wife of the debtor (“BSK” or the “Debtor”), and the chapter 7 trustee (the “Trustee”) seek denial of the Debtor’s discharge under 11 U.S.C. §§ 727(a)(2)(A), (a)(3), (a)(4)(A), and (a)(5).
