This appeal raises the question of the constitutionality of Section 2 of Act 86 of 1937, said § 2 being Ark. Stats., § 81-312. This question comes to us in the manner and upon the facts and pleadings hereinafter set out.

The real parties in interest in this litigation are the Capitol Transit Company, an Arkansas Corporation owning the bus franchise in Greater Little Rock, and 158 of its former employees [members of Division 701 of the Amalgamated Union and intervenors] who left the employment because of a strike.
