In this Chapter 12 bankruptcy, after due notice, hearing was held April 8, 1997, at Missoula on the Objection to United States Proof of Claim, filed by Debtors on February 26, 1997. The $125,000 Proof of Claim, filed February 13, 1997, asserts Debtors have committed illegal dredging and filling of Altenburg Slough, under the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. § 1344.
