BENJAMIN, Justice:
In this disciplinary proceeding we review a recommended disposition by the Lawyer Disciplinary Board (hereinafter “the Board”), in which the Board has recommended, among other sanctions, that lawyer John C. Scotchel, Jr., have his license to practice law annulled. The Board asserts that Mr. Scot-ehel violated Rules 1.5(a), 1.5(b), 1.5(c), 1.15(b), 8.1(b), 8.4(c) and 8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct.
