This appeal is from an order in the Circuit Court vacating a warrant of attachment procured from the Clerk of Court for Beaufort County, based on an affidavit and cross-complaint of the defendant, W. B. Preacher, appellant here, against his co-defendants, Paul Boykin and Robert Boykin, respondents here, it being alleged in the affidavit, amongst other things, that respondents are non-residents of the State of South Carolina, but owned personal property within this State subject to the jurisdiction of this Court, and were about to…
