—In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for wrongful death, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Phelan, J.), entered January 16, 2001, which, inter alia, granted the motion of the defendants Greenacre Associates and Broadwall Management Corp. for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
