—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Cannavo, J.), dated April 10, 1997, which, upon granting the defendant’s motion made at the close of the plaintiffs’ case to dismiss the action for failure to prove a prima facie case, dismissed the complaint.
Ordered that the order and judgment is affirmed, with costs.
