On February 11, 2009 a jury found Fredrick Pigram guilty of shooting to death Raydale Davenport outside of a neighborhood building that was hosting a community breakfast. Mot. to Dismiss Pet., ECF No. 7,1. Pending is Pigram’s petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254, and his motion to supplement that petition.
