Appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court of the city and county of San Francisco. The action was brought to restrain the defendant from trespassing into and upon the foundry of the plaintiff. This action was brought to obtain an injunction restraining the defendant from doing certain acts complained of by plaintiff. The case was before this court on a former appeal, and it was held that the complaint, as then framed, did not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action. (62 Cal. 416.) The allegations of the complaint are set out in the opin*602ion. When the case went back to the superior court, an amended complaint was filed, and to that a general demurrer was interposed and sustained.
