In the hills of Logan county are located two big, exuberant springs of crystal water suitable for domestic purposes. They are the subject of this litigation. The appellant, Nourse, was plaintiff 'below. He is a landowner on Muddy river and commenced this action on behalf of himself and other landowners on that stream -similarly situated, praying an injunction against the city of Russellville, its mayor and council and J.
