PRYOR, Associate Judge:

Leslie L. DeVeau, acquitted of murder by reason of insanity in 1982 on stipulated facts, appeals from an order of the trial court denying her request for conditional release from St. Elizabeths Hospital. She claims principally that the court’s findings of fact are contrary to the evidence and that its legal conclusions are erroneous. She also contends that the court misconstrued its statutory role at her release hearing, improperly failed to consider alternatives to the proposed conditions of release, and ignored her right to treatment.
