Jermaine Lavar Parker was convicted of conspiracy to commit a controlled-sub*1093stance crime (the unlawful distribution of cocaine), a violation of Ala.Code 1975, § 13A-12-204, and of obstructing governmental operations, a violation of Ala.Code 1975, § 13A-10-2.
