WINDOM, Presiding Judge.

N.L.O. appeals his juvenile-delinquency adjudication based on the underlying offense of third-degree burglary, a violation of § 13A-7-7, Ala. Code 1975, and his resulting commitment to the Department of Youth Services.

N.L.O.’s adjudication stems from a burglary of Steve Meadows’s apartment on January 19, 2016, during which three rifles and two shotguns were stolen. Angela Box, who lived in an apartment adjacent to Meadows’s apartment, placed the time of the burglary at approximately dusk.
