HODGES, Chief Justice.

In this original proceeding, Petitioner Sa-yat Nova, Inc., seeks an order voiding the district court's judgment entered on July 8, 1980 in the case of Sayat Nova, Inc. v. Gilmore, District Court No. 79CV158, on the ground that the district court did not have subject matter jurisdiction to enter this judgment. We issued a rule to show cause, and now discharge the rule.
