In an action, inter alia, to recover damages based upon negligence and strict products liability, defendant third-party plaintiff appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County (Jiudice, J.), dated July 6, 1982, as dismissed the second and third causes of action in the third-party complaint. Judgment affirmed, insofar as appealed from, with costs. Defendant third-party plaintiff, Dutchess Quarry & Supply Co.
