Defendant Arthur Richardson appeals from a Superior Court (Waldo County) judgment declaring title in plaintiffs Stephen and Louise Taylor to a certain lot of land in Freedom and awarding plaintiffs $1,000 damages for defendant’s acts of trespass on that property.
