I. INTRODUCTION

Petitioner Duferco S.A. moves for an order, pursuant to 9 U.S.C. §§ 10 and 12, vacating a Maritime Arbitration Award rendered on February 26, 1999 (the “Award”). Respondents Ocean Wide Shipping Corporation and Canadian Forest Navigation Company, Ltd. cross-move for an order, pursuant to 9 U.S.C. § 9, confirming the Award.
