Margaret White appeals the decision of the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims that affirmed the 1998 decision of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (“Board”) that denied her claim for dependency and indemnity compensation (“DIC”). White v. West, No. 98-1870, 2000 WL 622674 (Vet.App. May 2, 2000).
