July 14, 1931. The opinion of the Court was delivered by Gotham Braid Works, Inc., was engaged in the manufacture of braids in New York. In 1928 negotiations were begun between it and the secretary of the Chamber of Commerce of the City of Florence, S.C. looking to the removal of the plant to Florence. In the view which we take of this case it is unnecessary to enter into a recital of the terms of the agreement.
