THIS CAUSE is before the Court on the Petition for Preliminary Injunction Under Section 10(j) of the National Labor Relations Act (Doc. 1; Petition), filed by Petitioner Margaret J. Diaz (“Regional Director”), Regional Director of the Twelfth Region of the National Labor Relations Board (“Board” or “NLRB”) on November 25, 2013.
