McDONALD, Chief Justice.
E. M. Eads, the plaintiff, filed this suit against Chester Clark and his wife, Dorothy L. Clark, the defendants, to recover for services alleged to have been rendered the Clarks in the preparation of plans and specifications for a proposed residence. In his first amended original petition, upon which he went to trial, plaintiff alleged that he was a graduate of the A. & M.
