MEMORANDUM **

Aziz Ahmed, his wife and two adult children, natives and citizens of Bangladesh, petition for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) summarily affirming an Immigration Judge’s (“IJ”) denial of their application for asylum, withholding of removal, and *559relief under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”).

We have jurisdiction pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1252. Reviewing for substantial evidence, Ali v. Ashcroft, 894 F.3d 780, 784 (9th Cir.2005), we deny the petition for review in part, grant in part, and remand.
