Oliver v. Superior Court

The prosecution from the disposition of which this proceeding originated was one by indictment against the petitioners, Lawrence J. Daw and Thomas Williams. This indictment contained thirty-four counts accusing the defendants therein of grand larceny, embezzlement, and conspiracy.
