By the complaint herein, which contains twenty-six causes of action, plaintiff alleged an indebtedness against defendant, Central Alaska Fisheries Company, a corporation, evidenced by several promissory notes made and executed by Central Alaska Fisheries Company to the First National Bank of Berkeley, reduced by a few payments made thereon to the sum of $123,027.95, with interest, which indebtedness was assigned by W.
