— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Baker, J.), rendered December 7, 1981, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, rape in the first degree (two counts), kidnapping in the second degree (two counts), and sexual abuse in the first degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

*704Judgment modified, on the law, by reversing the convictions of kidnapping in the second degree, vacating the sentences imposed thereon, and dismissing said counts. As so modified, judgment affirmed.
