The Defendants have filed a Motion requesting the Court to reconsider its Order entered herein on December 20, 1968, in which the Court granted the Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment on the Defendant’s Offset and Counterclaim. The Court heard oral arguments presented by both sides on the *545Motion to Reconsider.
