The City of Atlanta put in water connections for a sprinkler system for the plaintiffs’ warehouse at No. 322 Peach-tree street. Section 31 of the building code of the City of Atlanta provides, that buildings of this kind, fronting on one street, can not have a floor space exceeding 5000 square feet, unless equipped *35with a system of automatic sprinklers, which has been approved by the Southeastern Underwriters Association.
