After Uhlich Children’s home terminated Montell Stansberry, he brought a five count complaint against Uhlich and Darlene Sowell, his former supervisor. Stansberry alleges that Defendants violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (the “ADA”), the Family Medical Leave Act (the “FMLA”), and the anti-retaliation provision of the Bankruptcy Code.
