COOK, Judge:
In accordance with his pleas, the appellant was convicted by a special court-martial of possession and use of marijuana (three specifications) and larceny of Government property (three specifications), in violation of Articles 92 and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892 and 921, respectively. He was sentenced to be reduced to the grade of E-2, forfeit $160 pay per month for 6 months, confinement at hard labor for 5 months, and a bad-conduct discharge.
