KINNEARY, District Judge.
Defendants Ropak Corporation and Ropak Holdings Corporation come before the Court seeking a preliminary injunction of certain actions taken by plaintiff Buckhom, Inc. (“Buckhom”) and its board of directors in response to Ropak’s tender offer for any and all shares of Buckhorn stock.
