Duberstein, to whom this case was assigned, issued an order (the “Reconsideration Order”) denying the motion of Universal Services Administrative Compa ny (“USAC”) to reconsider a prior order (the “Claim Order”) reducing USAC’s claim against PT-1 Communications, Inc. (“PT-1” or the “Debtor”).
