THIS CAUSE is before the Court on the motion of Jonathan R. Adkins and all other purchasers listed in Exhibit “A” (the “Adkins Purchasers”), seeking an exten sion of time under Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure 8002(c)(2) to file an appeal of a final judgment in this adversary proceeding (Doc. 437).
