MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Before the court is Defendant Howard University’s Motion to Compel Expert Dis covery and Expert Disclosure, ECF No. 35 [hereinafter Def.’s Mot.]. Defendant’s Motion seeks to compel Plaintiff Winifred Owens-Hart to (1) conform her expert disclosure to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(2)(C), and (2) produce documents related to her expert. For the reasons explained below, Defendant’s Motion to Compel is denied.
