Appellant Richard Hewlett appeals nunc pro tunc from 1967 convictions for sodomy and related offenses. Appellant, along with two co-defendants, was convicted by a jury following trial before Judge Leo Weinkott. All were sentenced to a term of imprisonment of from five to ten years.
