This case involves the same debtor and the same 200 acre.tract of land as were involved in Wright v. Union Central Life Ins. Co., 304 U. S. 502. As revealed in that case, the debtor is a farmer who. filed a petition under § 75 of the Bankruptcy Act and later amended it under § 75 (s), asking to be adjudged a bankrupt. This Court held that the 200 acre tract was subject to the jurisdiction of the bankruptcy court and that § 75 (n) extending the period of redemption was constitutional.
