DURRANT, Justice:
T1 In this appeal we must determine whether a Utah court may properly exercise personal jurisdiction over two Wyoming defendants on the basis of a forum selection clause contained in a contract between those defendants and a Utah plaintiff, We conclude that the contractual agreement to litigate all claims in Utah is enforceable. Further, because the plaintiff's primary place of business is in Utah, there is a sufficiently rational nexus to this state to justify exercising personal jurisdiction over the defendants.
