Before the Court is a motion to dismiss (the “Motion to Dismiss”) the adversary complaint filed by Ann M. Kalesnik, the debtor in the underlying Chapter 13 bankruptcy case (the “Debtor”), against HSBC Bank USA, National Association and Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC (“HSBC”, “Ocwen,” together, the “Defendants”).
