WEXLER, District Judge.

Faraldi Foods, Inc. (“Faraldi” or “debt- or”), 1 debtor in the above-referenced bankruptcy action, leased property in a shopping center from Comeo Associates (“Comeo”). After receiving three extensions from the bankruptcy court with respect to its time to either assume or reject the lease, Faraldi decided to assume the lease. Thereafter, Faraldi also sought permission from the bankruptcy court to sell its assets and assign its leases, including the Comeo lease, to Stad Meats, Corp. (“Stad”), a good faith purchaser.
