MEMORANDUM

TAURO, District Judge.

In this case, Plaintiff seeks de novo review of her application for naturalization. As the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (“USCIS”) failed to act on Plaintiffs petition in a timely manner, this court has jurisdiction under 8 U.S.C. § 1447(b).
