On October 30, 2017, Plaintiffs Zurich American Insurance Company and American Guarantee and Liability Insurance *663Company (collectively, "Zurich") filed an Amended Complaint ("Complaint") against Ocwen Financial Corporation and Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC (collectively, "Ocwen"), Tracee A. Beecroft ("Beecroft"), Susan Mansanarez ("Mansanarez"), and Keith Snyder ("Snyder") (collectively, "Defendants").
